He has a Master of Laws in Taxation degree (LL.M.) from the University of Washington, fourteen years of experience as an attorney with the IRS Office of Chief Counsel where he represented the IRS in over 40 litigated cases in the United States Tax Court, and seven years in private practice. He believes in using his experience to serve others and to make a difference in their lives. Robert is active in the legal community and has served as President of the Washington State Bar Association Taxation Section.
